- Delizie creamed cod Fontaneto 500 gr
- Friarielli 150 gr
- Drained anchovies 80 gr
- Evo oil 200 gr
- Garlic (a clove)
- Butter 100 gr
- Red chili (1 fruit)
In the oil brown the clove of garlic, sear the cleaned friarielli, unite the drained anchovies and cook for some minutes at sweat heat. In plentiful salt water cook the Ravioli, drain them and bounce them in the sauce. Amalgamate everything with a butter nut and add the chili to taste. Serve hot.
