- 500g of Margherite filled with gorgonzola DOP cheese.
- salt (as needed)
- 70g of butter.
- 1 bunch of aromatic herbs (a mix of parsley, chives, basil, chervil amd marjoram).
Boil abundant water, salt it and cook the Margherite with Gorgonzola Dop inside. Wash the aromatic herbs, dry them gently and mince them.
In a pan, brown the butter with the minced herbs previously prepared. Drain the Margherite with Gorgonzola Dop after 5 minutes and pour over the butter and herbs sauce.
