An original receipt of Paola Naaggi, Chef of the Impero Restaurant of Sizzano.
For this receipt you will need:
- 500 gr of straw and hay tagliolini
- half yellow pepper
- half red pepper
- 12 peeled shrimps
- 30 gr butter
-half glass of white wine
- sweet paprika
-salt
Bring to boil a casserole of water, wash and cut into little cubes the peppers. Throw them in the water and cook them for 5 minutes. Drain and transfer them in a pan where it has melt the butter. Unite the shrimp, warm up and pour the white wine, add the paprika and salt a few. Cook for only 5 minutes. Cook the tagliolini in salt water, drain, pour in the pan with the sauce, mix quickly.
Subdivide them on the plate taking care to put in each the shrimps. Serve.
